Good To Know

Our suites are intended for a maximum of two persons. Exceptions are our family rooms, which are suitable for up to 4 or 6 persons depending on the type. The connecting 2-bedroom is suitable for up to 4 adults.

The front office can be reached until 23:00 at +31 70 2210646.

The night concierge is available for urgent matters from 23:00 onwards at +31 85 3038113.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 24:00.

Online check-in and registration is obligatory.

Late check-in may be arranged upon request.

Access to the hotel and the booked suite is only possible with the digital key/YourMobileKey. This will be sent to the email address and mobile number you provided.

Luggage storage before check-in is possible upon request.

Check-out is possible until 11:00 at the latest.

Late check-out can be booked additionally if available.

Luggage can be stored upon request.

Anyone aged 18 or older can reserve a room. Each travel party must include at least one person aged 18 or older.

(Fire) Safety

Various cameras are present in and around the building. By entering the building, you agree that recordings of you may be made.

Hotel Zest is equipped with a certified fire alarm system. Smoke detectors are installed in every suite and all public areas. The fire department is automatically called when the alarm goes off.

In case of fire:

Remain calm and exit the building via the indicated escape routes.

Wait outside for instructions from the fire department.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Our smoke detectors may be triggered if smoking occurs. In case of violation, a minimum cleaning fee of €250 will be charged.

The use of candles, incense, etc. is not permitted.

Emergency exits may not be used as regular entrances or exits.

Prohibited Activities

It is not allowed to receive unregistered guests in the suite.

If a guest causes disturbance to other guests through, for example, music, inappropriate behavior, or noise of any kind, staff is entitled at all times to remove the guest from the accommodation and deny access to Hotel Zest. In such cases, the guest is not entitled to any refund.

Smoking in the entire building is strictly prohibited (this also applies to electronic cigarettes). In case of violation, a fine of €250 will be imposed, and you will be required to leave the hotel without refund of room costs already paid.

It is forbidden to use, possess, and/or trade drugs (including but not limited to marijuana, GHB, cocaine, hashish, weed, LSD, XTC) and other illegal substances in and around the building. In case of violation, a fine of €250 will be imposed, and you will be required to leave the hotel without refund.

The use, possession, or trade of nitrous oxide is prohibited during your stay. If nitrous oxide is found in the room, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A fine of €250 will be imposed.

Pets are not allowed. In case of violation, a minimum cleaning fee of €250 will be charged.

It is not allowed to stay in the room with more persons than reserved.

Any damage to the room, its furnishings, or theft of hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest / room booker.

The management, owner, and/or staff cannot be held responsible for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage to guests or visitors.

We respect the privacy of our guests and visitors. However, for safety reasons and to enforce the house rules, we reserve the right to enter the room.

In case of serious violations of the house rules, access to the building may be denied, and the police will be notified.
